Hi Cass, That's terrible I'm so sorry. My children don't necessarily want anything to do with their dad but they love him and like me they are overly caring enablers. Just following my lead so despite what he does and how they feel about what he's done they and that they know who he is they can still be at times manipulated because they are hoping he will one day surprise them.
