Hi Craig, It's amazing a lot of people even in the divorce community do not realize this is a way to hide money and avoid subpoena for the self-employed although today it's so easy to get online and create an LLC that even some that are not truly self-employed may use this tactic. It's just one of the many ways people hide money in divorce but I wrote about it because it's one of the least known ways.
