Hi James, It's interesting to hear your point of view as an attorney who has been through a divorce. My friend who is an attorney told me in family court people get away with everything that they would never get away with in another court of law. Meaning my husband was my business partner and hid money from our business, took out credit cards in my name, and forged a student loan in my name. All he got was a slap on the hand because divorce is a different system and badly behaving people go into divorce behaving badly and honest people go into divorce being honest.
