Hi Lakeshia, Just make sure to have a plan and to reduce your vulnerabilities. For instance, my husband stopped paying the mortgage and I had been a stay-at-home mom. I met him at nineteen in Catholic college I never thought he would do the things he did so I didn't have a plan. I should have been working full-time and had a place to stay if necessary and my kids in counseling. That way if my kids were in counseling it would reduce their vulnerability from the bad things he did since they would have someone to talk to. I would have had money so he couldn't have withheld grocery money and other stuff and I would have had a plan for where we would live. Just think out all of the ways you can be vulnerable to someone else.
