Hi There, This is what's wrong with divorce and why there needs to be a way to handle extreme divorces because your husband is being unfair and sounds like he's lying. I write my story from the perspective of a woman who was a stay-at-home mom who built a business with her husband. But I always say bad behavior isn't gender exclusive. Men and women behave badly in divorce and it's wrong. It's about being fair and splitting things equitably. And it's really a case by case basis with people who try to do the wrong thing in divorce. For instance, I know someone who's husband had the bigger pension because during the marriage they used her income to pay for college and major expenses. In that case it isn't fair in divorce that she made the major expenditures believing one day they would retire together. Doesn't your husband have his own pension. Or if he does, usually a lot of states will split both people's retirement so the assets come out equally. Divorce is awful. You really have to divorce a decent person and a lot of people aren't decent in divorce they lie, cheat, and steal and look for revenge.
