You are correct. I loved our first marriage counselor and he definitely identified my husband as a difficult personality but it would be another marriage counselor eight years later who was a psychologist who diagnosed my husband with narcissistic personality disorder and obviously a lack of empathy and as being on the extreme end of the spectrum. It was hell being married to him. You are right.
